But they're too busy doing important things so he didn't care or worry about that.

The funny thing was that McBurn definitely wanted to kiss Eric right then and there. It was only natural, right? When you knew you had feelings for someone, though it's because of Eric's awful run-in with a supposed loved one that he didn't immediately go for it right this second.

They had come to an understanding, gotten along, and being around the brunet was...a nice experience at times, without getting saccharine sweet about it. Though he's far too used to usually going immediately for what he wanted or desired, even if his experience being in romantic relationships wasn't much. So time would tell if his feelings would get the better of him tonight.

All the same, when Eric asked a question, he didn't bother being dishonest, his first presumption being questioning the intention. His other hand moving from Eric's back temporarily to briefly card fingers through brown hair. ]
