[Wow. Was his dumb joke that much of a turn-on, or is he just going all out to encourage Eric for coming on to him in any way?? He's blinking in surprise, mostly because he wasn't expecting a kiss just because he said that, but it just adds to the giddiness that lead him to try in the first place. It was a good time for the flame to disappear though, he probably couldn't have taken much more exposure to it. He's just gonna wipe the sweat off on his pants.

...He really would feel like bragging, but there's no one in this world whose opinion he really cares about, and it'd be weird to have love chat with the people who worship his godhood back on Nirn. Maybe he'll just settle it for rubbing it in Mira's face (but if that's what he wanted to talk to him about from last night, he'd be forced to think again.) Of course he was also thinking about how close they came to their 'first time' with each other earlier today... There's also the fact that if he really is THE first person to get close to him like this, it's something Eric would find awfully lonely, but McBurn doesn't seem to care about that so he'll keep it to himself. No need to bring down the mood.]

Haha. I better stay really close then! I don't wanna lose my bragging rights after I just got here.

[Now that his hand is as dry as it's gonna get after that, he'll just try to interlace the fingers on the hands that were almost touching earlier. That's an innocent way of being 'really close'. Soft sparkles accompany.]

How's the view on the other side of the ship?

[Walking in that direction!! He's an excited puppy after getting affection, ready to drag him around. Though McBurn could pull him back the way he wants since he's supposed to be the tour guide here.]

[ McBurn was just entirely too himself to care about being lonely and all that, Eric was correct about that. The only time where he even recognized that feeling was like on one or two occasions and those probably don't count because his train of thought had been concerning without being without powers for like close to a year.

Which sucked pretty hard, actually. But, he had those back now.

And Eric. So what else could he possibly care about beyond getting a pretty good battle and a certain thing back due to it? Nothing, actually.

McBurn will actually keep pace as Eric tugs him towards the other side of the ship for a different birds eye view. It looks like there's more mountains that could be seen. A lot of mountains, actually. Oh and a fortress in the distance.

McBurn will only pull the other back if he thought the other was going to be close to falling over but Eric seemed smarter than to not allow himself in that kind of danger. Up here, getting to the other side of the ship wasn't hard either. Once they get back inside, McBurn would definitely be more ready to start leading them around again...but once again, they're outside still, so it's not a big deal. ]

Not bad. You get to see obviously more than just ocean and the port city.

Usually wouldn't care about that sort of thing, but...eh. Still don't care about it. More interested in what you'd think of it.

If you'd like, we could even do a little sight seeing at Ordis, which is nearby enough for us to see it. It's a pretty popular place to be; almost time for that festival too...only know about it since some of the members won't shut up about it.

Hehe, alright! [No tugging back will be needed since he's not even leaning on the rail. You can see enough with just a step back.] I think it's a pretty view. Not too many places you can see a mountain range across an ocean, I think...? Definitely wouldn't have seen it in the place I grew up.

[Mundus is a different story, but it's cheating if you helped design it.

He turns back toward McBurn when he mentions sightseeing at the festival, cautiously interested. Festivals sound fun, almost like going to the country fair, but on the other hand he's in another world and the society cohorts seem like they have strange taste.]

About having a blast and fireworks. Emphasis on 'fireworks' since they don't pull any punches on that front.

A great historian. Though he did know things, what he paid attention to was very selective due to general apathy. ]

[He chuckles at that description. McBurn obviously boiled it down to the only parts he found interesting, but it's probably a normal festival by that description. Having to do with some historical event or other.]

It sounds like fun. Come to think of it, I guess it's been a pretty long time since I saw some actual fireworks.

[He can make a facsimile out of his personal lasers but that's not the same... and now he's looking at one of his hands, thinking a bit sadly about who he'd usually put on that kind of performance for before balling his hand up again and glancing back up at McBurn, a little more softly now.]
